"Generations"
(Our theme for 2008/2009)

This year we are spending time thinking about Generations...
those who have gone before us (those we can learn from)
and those who will come after us (those we need to leave a legacy for).
Join us as we ponder several verses from the Bible in relation to
Generations at our Ladies' Events throughout this year.


What's coming up:

Special Lydia's Workshop nights with a focus on something mothers and daughters can learn together (throughout the year, dates will be announced in church and on this site)

Special Ladies' Event! Chocolate Night (May) - This is our biggest event of the year and always a lot of fun! We will again be talking about how one generation of ladies relates to another in sharing God's love both inside the family and outside it. This topic seemed appropriate for this month as we celebrate Mother's Day. All ladies (seniors in high school on up!) are invited. Think chocolate!

Women of Faith Conference (June 5th and 6th) - A group of ladies (& their friends) will be heading into Rochester to enjoy this time together!


Our women also enjoy regular opportunities to spend time together and getting to know others through the following ongoing events:


We also have had several opportunities to get together through other special events held throughout the year (some happening this year, others in the future as we feel the need):

  • Bible study/book club

  • Christmas tea

  • Desserts

  • Special event nights which we dub "Special Ladies Events!" (Reflections: Inside and Out, Garden Night, Princess Night)
